Monterey Fly & Dive
Encore Family Entertainment’s inaugural project is the development and launch of Monterey Fly & Dive, an immersive “Triple Play” attraction located at 640 Wave Street on Cannery Row in Monterey, California. The project occupies a former IMAX site situated one block from the waterfront and steps from the Monterey Bay Aquarium, the anchor destination that draws more than 4.6 million visitors annually to the district.
Designed as a premium, standalone entertainment venue, Monterey Fly & Dive combines three complementary experiences—the Fly Theater, Ocean 360, and 4D Theater—each engineered for short-stay family visitors seeking high-quality indoor attractions. This format aligns with proven guest behavior patterns observed at comparable motion-theater experiences in major North American tourist markets.
